Shipping policy
Our goal is to have your order processed within 1-2 business days depending on production of items ordered, size of order, and availability.
Once Shipped, Domestic orders usually take 3-6 business days for shipment to be received. For International orders, it usually takes 6-18 business days to deliver your order but may take longer due to customs.
Our delivery fees are fixed rates, $8.95 (USD) for Domestic and $14.95 (USD) for International.
We try to get your order shipped as fast as possible while still upholding our standard of quality.
Due to certain circumstances out of our control, shipping times may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping information is accurate and complete. If the customer discovers an error, they should contact us immediately to update the information. If the order is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, in that case, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to redirect the item.
The customer is responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that apply to countries outside the United States. Please verify that your country allows the shipment of the products you have ordered or wish to order, and be aware that any applicable duties or taxes are also your responsibility. If customs seize your order, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition, as per our return policy.
Euphoria Supplements is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items if the customer does not use Package Protection by Route*.
If your order has shipped, Route is protecting your package that is currently in transit. In the case your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, Route will replace or refund the order for you based on Route Package Protection Policies. If the customer entered the wrong address at the time of order, Route does not cover this. Route cannot be refunded since the service is in use.
*Route offers tracking services and shipping protection extending coverage to online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier's proof of delivery where Route traces the transportation. Carbon neutral shipping is offered free of charge by Route.
